You will be using the book Windows Multimedia Tools for several assignments. The book is written for Windows XP so you will have to refer to the above links if you have any questions/problems. I have modified some of the directions, so be sure to READ before you start.
Create a sub-folder under your Multimedia folder called Paint.
Activity 1-3
Complete steps 1-3 as stated. Open a Word document and make a table that resembles the one under step 4. Fill in the column under file size with the information from your saved files. On the same document, write a short paragraph describing your observations of the different file types and the resulting sizes of the files. Save your document as 'Act1-3-your last name' and email the file to me as an attachment to msmrosolen@gmail.com.

Open this file called house.
Right click on the picture and save it to your folder. Open Paint and then the house file.
Complete steps 2-5. Do not print.
Continue with Activities 3-10, 3-11, 3-12, 3-13, 3-14, 3-15, 3-16. Do not print.
Save your final picture as 'Act3-16-house-your last name' and email the file to me as an attachment to msmrosolen@gmail.com.
